WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCES ACROSS EUROPE
VET Mobility
Every year Xarxa FP arranges about 800 mobility actions including internships for VET students and training for VET teachers in European cities members of the network. The funding for VET Mobility actions comes mostly from the Erasmus + Programme.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AT THE EUROPEAN LEVEL
VET Innovation
Xarxa FP explores the opportunities that the internationalisation of VET offers in terms of innovation and exchange of knowledge and good practices. We work on 4 transnational projects: Industrial VET Hub, Port VET Hub, PE-LE and Logistics VET Hub.
CONTRIBUTING TO THE EU EDUCATION MOBILITY POLICIES
VET Policy
Xarxa FP, as the only existing European network of cities working on VET mobility and innovation, contributes with its expertise in key European policy dialogue events and consultations in the VET field. In particular, we are members of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) and partners with the Cities4Apprenticeships network.

Xarxa FP held its XVIII General Assembly last 14th of February in Barcelona, gathering more than 40 representatives from 21 European cities. During the General Assembly (GA) participants reviewed the results of the network in 2016, discussed new actions and projects for 2017 and welcomed three new cities: Brussels (Belgium), Lisbon (Portugal) and Tartu (Estonia).
