Last 27th of April Xarxa FP presented the results of its Mobility Impact Study at the ROI-MOB project multipliers’ event in Hamburg.
The ROI-MOB project is an Erasmus+ KA2 project aiming at identifying and testing some indicators suitable to measure the “Return on Investment” (ROI) in EU VET mobility, investigating affecting factors and devising methods and tools for turning them into success factors. In other words, to measure the Return on Investment of International mobility experiences in terms of employability and personal development impacts.
In this line, Xarxa FP Mobility Impact Study was very much appreciated, as it highlights the effects and, overall, the benefits of mobility on the employability, career prospects and competences of Xarxa FP students that did an internship abroad between 2012 and 2015.
The event was attended by around 50 participants, coming mostly from the VET and business sector, plus the ROI-MOB project partners, representing a wide range of stakeholders from five different European countries.
