Global Innovation through ECVET (InnovECVET) is an Erasmus+ KA1 project aimed at promoting the quality, internationalisation and innovation of VET in Europe. The project, coordinated by Xarxa FP, has two main mobility flows to be implemented in 2017: the first one to Rovaniemi (Finland) in September and the second one to Brussels (Belgium) in October.
From the 24th to the 29th of September a group of 17 VET professionals coming from 5 different Xarxa FP cities (Barcelona, Madrid, Mislata, Reus and Alcoi) visited Rovaniemi in order to learn about the VET Finnish system and particularly about its latest policy reform (#AMISREFORMI), which updates the entire vocational education and training (VET) by 2018.
Another objective of the visit was to learn about the implementation of ECVET in Finland, the European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training.
The group also visited different VET Schools and companies to learn about innovative teaching methodologies and get to know their apprenticeships system.
The second mobility flow of the project will visit Brussels from 16th to 19th of October and will included 12 VET professionals from Barcelona, Alcoi, Gandia and Mislata.
