The aim of the event was to inform students and teachers about the opportunities that the Erasmus+ programme offers them and encourage their participation in mobility activities.
More than 120 students and teachers attended this event last 27th of January. The event included the presentation of some personal experiences from students taking part in previous editions of Erasmus+ mobility actions via Xarxa FP. Moreover, employer representatives from the region were also invited to share their experience when hosting foreign apprentices.
Salvador Almenar, President of Xarxa FP, was also invited to present the work and added value of the network. In 2015 Xarxa FP arranged 356 mobility actions among 22 European cities members of the network: 217 work placements for VET students and 139 training actions for VET teachers.
The event was also a good opportunity to share and discuss good practices when managing European mobility projects.
