WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCES ACROSS EUROPE
VET Mobility
Every year Xarxa FP arranges about 800 mobility actions including internships for VET students and training for VET teachers in European cities members of the network. The funding for VET Mobility actions comes mostly from the Erasmus + Programme.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AT THE EUROPEAN LEVEL
VET Innovation
Xarxa FP explores the opportunities that the internationalisation of VET offers in terms of innovation and exchange of knowledge and good practices. We work on 4 transnational projects: Industrial VET Hub, Port VET Hub, PE-LE and Logistics VET Hub.
CONTRIBUTING TO THE EU EDUCATION MOBILITY POLICIES
VET Policy
Xarxa FP, as the only existing European network of cities working on VET mobility and innovation, contributes with its expertise in key European policy dialogue events and consultations in the VET field. In particular, we are members of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) and partners with the Cities4Apprenticeships network.

In its first year, the Erasmus+ programme has invested 264 million EUR in Vocational Education and Training learner and staff mobility actions. 3.156 projects were implemented; 18.094 organisations participated and more than 126.000 people took part in mobility actions, meaning: 66.470 Learners in Companies 36.208 Learners in Vocational Institutes 18.943 staff training 4.383 Training Teaching
