Last 26th of October 2021, we celebrated the Dissemination Seminar of the Erasmus+ KA2 project “The personalized competence based learning paths for VET in Europe” (PELE) in Barcelona.
After two years, project partners reunited again in person to celebrate the end of the three-year project. The seminar was organized on Tuesday and was opened and welcomed by coordinator representative, Ms Saija Niemelä-Pentti, Director of Rovaniemi Municipal Federation REDU, and by Mr Jordi Castillo, Secretary General of Xarxa FP and host from the Barcelona City Council.
During the seminar, project partners presented the results and intellectual outputs developed by each partner along the project cycle, which were the following:
- Intellectual Output 1 (IO1): Coaching Program for students, elaborated by Berufskolleg and del Lindenstraβe Köln (Cologne, Germany),
- Intellectual Output 2 (IO2): Digital Platform, developed by Tartu Vocational College (Tartu, Estonia)
- Intellectual Output 3 (IO3): Coaching Program for teachers, elaborated by Lapland Education Centre (Rovaniemi, Finland)
- Intellectual Output 4 (IO4): Testing & Audit of products, run by Institut Escola del Treball (Barcelona, Spain) and Anderstopsgymnasiet (Skelleftea, Sweden), respectively.
As part of the weekly visit, partners also participated in internal project meetings where they compiled together the final report and discussed the next steps, development ideas and possibilities for future cooperation.
In addition, partners from INS Escola del Treball de Barcelona prepared a live testing session with Higher VET students of the field of Edification to test the PELE website and digital platform, resulting in an overall satisfaction rate of more than 80%! The school also organized a tour for the visiting delegation around the school facilities, departments of Electricity & Electronics, Edification & Civil Works, Energy & Water, Installation & Maintenance and Wood & Carpentry.
