Last 17th of November, in the Hostelry and Tourism School of Barcelona (Instituto Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo de Barcelona – INS EHTB) was held a Seminar on Vocational Education Training in the field of the food sector with the aim of spreading the possibilities offered to train the experts of related companies and consolidating the collaboration between schools and business sector. This event counted with the participation of Mr. Domenèc Vila Navarra, Director General of Food, Quality and Agrifood Industry and Mr. Melcior Arcarons, Director General of Initial Vocational Education and Training, as well as the directors of the organizing centres as Mr. Manuel Barroso, (INS EHTB), Ms. Teresa Colell (EA Empordà) and Mr. Xavier Moreno, responsible for HR at Corporación Alimentaria Guissona, S.A.
